Returns of Unused Product
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery
- Products must be returned in new and unused condition with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation included
- The Qalzy scale must be unused and in its original box
Returns of Defective Product
If your Qalzy scale arrives defective or not as described, please refer to our Warranty Policy for your available remedies, including replacement. You can find the Warranty Policy in our Terms of Service at qalzy.com/policies/terms-of-service.
Checkout+: Free Returns & Package Protection
We offer customers the option to pay a small fee upfront to allow for easy returns without any additional shipping label fees through Checkout+.
Return coverage cannot be added to an order after it has been placed.
Free Returns (via Checkout+)
By selecting Checkout+ at checkout, you get access to free return shipping. Simply initiate your return through our return portal, and your return label is on us. You can choose between:
- A full refund to your original payment method, or
- Store credit for use on a future Qalzy order
Package Protection (via Checkout+)
If your Qalzy order is lost or damaged in transit, Checkout+ has you covered. Please note:
- Items are considered "lost" after being stuck in transit without tracking updates for at least 7 days
- If delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, items stolen from your residence are not covered
- Contact our support team to file a claim, and we will resolve the issue promptly
Standard Returns (Without Checkout+)
If Checkout+ was not added to your order, you can still return your product(s), but the following standard return policy applies.
Shipping costs: You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. The refund amount will be issued after the return is received and inspected.
Return shipping rates may vary from the original shipping cost, depending on rates at the time the return is initiated. You will be informed of the exact cost when initiating your return.
How to Initiate a Return
- Log in to your Qalzy account at qalzy.com
- Navigate to the Return Portal from your order history
- Select the order and choose "Request Return"
- Select the item(s) to return and provide a reason for the return
- Once approved, you will receive your return shipping label or instructions
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery and must comply with all guidelines outlined in this policy.
When Will I Receive My Refund?
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it within 5–7 business days. Here's what to expect:
- Email confirmation when your return is received at our facility
- Second email once your refund has been initiated
- Allow 24–48 hours for the funds to appear back in your account after the refund is confirmed
If more than 48 hours have passed since receiving your refund confirmation and the funds have not appeared, please contact our support team.
