Instructions

- 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce

- 1 medium sweet potato (approx. 200g)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper, then grill for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F). Remove from grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing into strips.
